Payment and Shipping
ESSE IMPLANT ships only within the U.S., with a flat shipping and handling fee of $12 per order, regardless of the weight or volume of the items. Taxes are applied according to state regulations.All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an average delivery time of 3–8 business days. Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch, so please check your email for tracking details.

Return Policy
We kindly ask customers to place orders carefully, as returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for any lost or returned shipments caused by input errors or refusal to receive the order (e.g., incorrect address). In such cases, refunds for the product price or shipping fees are not available. If you wish to have the order resent, both the product price and shipping fees will be billed again.
