Payment and Shipping

ESSE IMPLANT ships only within the U.S., with a flat shipping and handling fee of $12 per order, regardless of the weight or volume of the items. Taxes are applied according to state regulations.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an average delivery time of 3–8 business days. Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch, so please check your email for tracking details.

ESSE IMPLANT는 미국 내에서만 배송하며, 배송 및 취급 수수료는 주문 물품의 무게나 부피에 상관없이 일괄 $12가 부과됩니다. 택스는 각 주마다 다르게 적용될 수 있습니다.
모든 주문은 USPS Priority Mail로 배송되며, 평균 배송 기간은 영업일 기준 3-8일입니다. 상품 발송 후 트래킹 번호가 제공되므로 이메일을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

Return Policy

We kindly ask customers to place orders carefully, as returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for any lost or returned shipments caused by input errors or refusal to receive the order (e.g., incorrect address). In such cases, refunds for the product price or shipping fees are not available. If you wish to have the order resent, both the product price and shipping fees will be billed again.

단순 변심에 의한 반품은 불가능하오니 신중하게 주문해 주시기 바랍니다.
또한 고객의 부주의(잘못 기입한 주소로 인한 오배송이나 수령 거부 등)로 인해 발생한 분실 또는 반송 건에 대해서는 고객에게 책임이 있으며, 상품값과 배송비는 환불이 불가합니다. 재발송을 원하실 경우 상품 가격과 배송비가 다시 청구될 수 있습니다.
